Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS, UPS, and FedEx and we ship fast. Most orders go out within 1 business day of payment.

Shipping Methods & Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination, and your chosen carrier. Available USPS, UPS, and FedEx options will appear on the listing page pick the speed and price that works best for you.

Tracking All orders ship with full tracking. Your tracking number is uploaded to eBay as soon as your package is on the way.

Domestic Shipping (USA) Standard ground service typically arrives in 3-7 business days depending on destination. Expedited options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

International Shipping International orders are handled through eBay's International Shipping program. Here's what that means for you:

Large & Freight Items Oversized subwoofers, full enclosures, or bulk orders may require freight shipping. For these items we'll arrange a freight quote and contact you with options before processing.

Damaged in Transit If your package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents immediately and contact us within 3 days of delivery. Keep all packaging materials carriers may require physical inspection for damage claims.

Lost or Missing Packages Per eBay's policy, once tracking confirms a package has been delivered, our responsibility for the shipment ends. If your tracking shows delivered but the package is not in your possession, please:

• Check with neighbors, household members, and any safe drop-off spots
• Contact your local post office or delivery carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to file a missing-package claim or request a GPS scan
• Wait 24-48 hours packages occasionally scan "delivered" before actually arriving
• We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for packages confirmed delivered by the carrier. Per eBay's Seller Protection policy, lost or stolen packages with a "delivered" tracking status are the responsibility of the carrier and the buyer to resolve.

Acceptance of Sale
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of the product as described in the listing. Please read all listing details, specifications, and compatibility information carefully before purchasing. If anything is unclear, please get in touch before checkout -- we're happy to help.

Compatibility & Fitment
It is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the part is correct for their application. Speaker repair and recone parts must match the original specifications of the speaker being rebuilt. If you're unsure about compatibility, reach out before purchasing -- we'd rather answer questions upfront than deal with a return.

Inspect Before You Install
Before installing any voice coil, recone kit, or speaker component, the buyer is required to:

• Inspect the part for any visible damage from transit
• Verify the part physically fits the intended speaker (gap depth, voice coil diameter, cone size, former height, etc.)
• Measure the DC resistance of the voice coil with a multimeter to confirm the impedance matches the ordered specification

Once a part has been glued, soldered, or otherwise installed, claims regarding impedance, fitment, transit damage, or visible defects can no longer be honoured. Take 2 minutes to check before you build -- it's the difference between a quick swap and a dead recone.

Installation
Speaker components, recone parts, and audio products are intended for installation by experienced builders, reconers, or qualified technicians. Damage caused by improper installation, incorrect wiring, mismatched components, or use outside of manufacturer specifications is not covered under warranty.

Warranty & Defects
All products are inspected before dispatch. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please open a case through eBay's Resolution Centre so we can resolve it promptly. Warranty coverage does not apply to parts that have been:

• Installed without prior inspection and impedance verification
• Installed incorrectly or damaged during installation
• Powered beyond rated specifications
• Modified, altered, or repaired by anyone other than Lord of Bass
• Subjected to misuse, neglect, or wear from extended use

Custom Builds & OEM Orders
Custom-built products, OEM orders, and built-to-spec items cannot be returned once production has begun. Lead times will be confirmed in writing before any custom work starts.

Color, Finish & Specification Variations
Some products may show slight variations in color, finish, or appearance due to manufacturing batches, photography, and screen settings. Listed specifications are based on manufacturer or production data and may vary within normal tolerance.

Communication
We respond to all eBay messages within 24 hours, Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). For technical questions, please be as specific as possible (speaker model, voice coil size, application, etc.) so we can get you the right answer first time.

Returns

We want every customer to be satisfied with their order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Lord of Bass.

Return Window
Return windows vary by product, ranging from 30 to 60 days from the date of delivery. The specific return window for your purchase is shown on the individual product listing -- please check there before assuming a timeframe.

What IS Returnable

• New, unused parts in original packaging
• Items that arrived defective or damaged in transit (reported within 3 days of delivery -- see Terms)
• Items that do not match the listing description

What IS NOT Returnable

• Installed, glued, soldered, wired, or otherwise used parts
• Voice coils that have been powered up or show any signs of installation
• Custom builds, OEM orders, and built-to-spec items
• Opened adhesives, glues, or consumables
• Special order, clearance, or discontinued items
• Items damaged by improper installation, incorrect impedance match, or use outside rated specifications

How to Start a Return

• Open a return request through eBay within the return window
• We'll send you the return address and instructions
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging
• Return the item with tracking

Return Postage

• Defective or not as described: We cover return postage
• Buyer's remorse, ordered the wrong part, or no longer needed: Return postage is the buyer's responsibility

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns, returns missing original packaging, or returns requiring significant inspection or repackaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 2 business days to the original payment method. Refunds for parts showing signs of installation, modification, power damage, or impedance mismatch from improper verification will be reduced or denied per our Terms.
