Return Policy:

We offer (60) days defective replacement warranty from the date of your receipt.

We assume no responsibility and will not accept returns for items purchased that are not compatible with your system's configuration, and damaged due to misused/abused by the customer/users.

All returned items for replacement MUST be pre-approved and assigned RMA #. Returns must be received within (14) days of the RMA number being issued or the RMA is void.

Returns items must be in original condition (in original packing material) with all accessories. Failure to do so may void both the RMA and the warranty. 

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs on all items returned to us for replacement. Please allow up to (7) business days for us to inspect your returned item.

If the returned item is found NOT DEFECTIVE, we will return the original working item to you at your expense and you will be charged a $30.00 testing fee.
