Combined postage available with the following estimated cost for Europe, the U.S. and Canada:
$11 up to 250g, $16 for 251g to 500g, $22 for 501g to 1000g, then $30 up to 2kg max.
 
Delivery time is about 2 weeks to Europe, 3 weeks to the U.S. and Canada.
