Our Factory only purchases wood products from wood mills that provide reliable and depending wood materials. The wood mill operates at a very large and productive rate, while maintaining accurate cuts in the process. Regardless if our materials are multi-layer plywood, medium density board, partial board or solid wood, all of our wood products are purchased from wood mills that are certified by a third-party inspector to meet or exceed EPA TCCA Title VI environmental compliant standards.

Our instruments and studio equipment are sound tested by our hired sound technician. We focus on being competitive by offering affordability, all while not sacrificing quality of sound. Since most everyone at our brand has an extensive musical background, we are very rigorous in the sound testing process of equipment. Additionally, it allows us to act quickly and communicate efficiently with our factories production manager on when we see a need for improvement. Before and after each batch run from the factory, our instruments are tested to confirm the quality, pitch and sound specs remain consistent from our previous production orders.
