We ship in the UK using Royal Mail for smaller items and DHL for the larger heavier unit. The largest pallet service is via our own companies transport. We ship internationally via the eBay Global Shipping System.

Please note all items leave our UK warehouse under the same shipping rota and are not delayed. Time must be allowed for the UK and your own countries delivery time scales of which we have no control over.

We accept all the current eBay payment methods but will only ship to the eBay, card and registered PayPal address.

We offer a 30 Day returns policy from receipt of goods on all sales, pare parts and accessories. If you think you have a faulty spare part we ask before starting the return please contact our free of charge technical help team, they can advise on the technical problem and will issue a returns number if required.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost. We offer a 30 day money back warranty on all UNUSED spare parts, we do not LOAN spares for you to try. All misconduct is reported to eBay customer service.
