V200 Electrical System Circuit Tester Functions:

πŸ‘ Power injection, measuring, ground testing, polarity checking, continuity testing and component activation.
πŸ‘ Read the AVO meter, voltage, current, and resistance.
πŸ‘ Energize the electrical components, such as the cooling fan, relay etc.
πŸ‘ Activate the components
πŸ‘ Determine the positive, negative and open circuit.
πŸ‘ Test the bad ground contacts, follow and locate short circuits without wasting the fuse.
πŸ‘ Test the continuity of the power switch, relay and diode.
πŸ‘ Protect the tool from overload.
πŸ‘ Allow you to work in the dark area by using the built-in head light.
πŸ‘ Test along the vehicle by the long cable.

Four Work Models of VDIAGTOOL V200:

DC Voltage Mode:

When operating in this mode, simply touch the probe tip to the desired circuit, and the LCD display will instantly provide you with the DC voltage reading, offering precise measurements with a resolution of 0.1 volt. This ensures accurate and reliable voltage monitoring.

AC Voltage Mode:
In this mode, once the probe tip is in contact with the circuit, the LCD display will effortlessly present you with the maximum voltage, minimum voltage, and frequency readings. This comprehensive data provides a complete overview of your AC voltage status.

Resistance Mode:

While in resistance mode, touch the probe tip to the circuit, and the LCD display will promptly display the resistance value between the tip and the auxiliary ground lead. This feature enables quick and accurate resistance measurements for your circuits.

Diode Mode:

Within this mode, by touching the probe tip to the positive terminal of the diode and connecting the auxiliary ground lead to the negative terminal, the screen will showcase the forward voltage drop, indicating forward bias. If you switch the connections of the probe tip and auxiliary ground lead, the screen will not display any voltage, indicating reverse bias. This mode offers a straightforward and efficient way to test and understand your diode's functionality.

 WARM TIPS FOR INSTRUCTION:
πŸ“Œ Always perform automotive testing in a safe environment.
πŸ“Œ Wear eye protection that meets ANSI standards.
πŸ“Œ Keep clothing, hair, hands, tools, test equipment, etc away from all moving or hot enging parts.
πŸ“Œ Operate the vehicle in a well ventilated work Area: Exhaust gas are poisonous.
πŸ“Œ Put blocks in front of the drive wheels and never leave the vehicle unattended while running tests.
πŸ“Œ Use ectreme caution when working around the ignition coil, distributor cap, ignition wires and spark plugs. These component create Hazardous voltage when engine is running.
πŸ“Œ Put the transmission in PARK (for automatic transmission) or NEUTRAL (for manual transmission) and make sure the parking brake is engaged.
πŸ“Œ Keep a fire extinguisher suitable for gasoling/chemical/electrical fires nearby.
πŸ“Œ Don’t connect or disconnect any test equipment while the ignition is on or the enging is running.
πŸ“Œ Keep the tool dry, clean, free from oil/water or grease. Use a mild detergent on a clean cloth to clean the outside of the test tool, when necessary.
πŸ“Œ When the power switch in the tool is depressed, battery current/voltage is conducted directly to the tip which may cause sparks when contactiong ground or certain circuits. Therefore the tool should NOT be used around flammables such as gasoline or its vapors. The spark of an energized tool could ignite these vapors. Use the same caution as you would when using an arc welder
