Warranty Replacement Requirements :

1. The original defective merchandise must be returned to our facility before issuing a new warrantied item.

2. Our store reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the requirements setforth in this Warranty Replacement Policy

1. If your item is faulty or was incorrect, you must contact us before returning the parcel and we will endeavour to solve the problem effectively.

Video or picture is required to show the item condition before we issue the Return Authorization

2. Customer to be responsible for all shipping costs incurred in a warranty exchange.We will replace the defective items or provide some discount to buy the new one from us or provide the free repair/test service, within the warranty period, if need the replacement.

The customer return back the item to China must use the standard shipping way and declare the value of the parcels according to our guide.

3. All warranty returns will be inspected by our ASE certified Technician before any warranty replacement is finalized and issued.

4.Man-made damage by abuse or wrong operation is not covered by this warranty.
