You will get the actual card shown in the photos.  Cards generally will be "Near Mint or Better" in condition, but some may have flaws that make them "Excellent".  Cards have varying degrees of "greening" common to the early Topps Finest products.  Coating may have bubbling, especially at corners. 

eBay describes "Excellent" as potentially containing moderate corner wear/multiple dinged corners, slightly rough edges with moderate chipping and/or light indentations, minor discoloration such as wax stains on the reverse, moderate surface indentations, minor surface wrinkles, moderate scratches/scuffing, and minor staining.  

eBay describes "Near-Mint or Better" as potentially containing minor corner wear, minor edge chipping, minor surface indentations, and minor scratches/scuffing, but free from creases, staining and discoloration.
