Returns Policy
We do not accept returns of unwanted items once opened and/or the seal has been broken unless the item is seen to be faulty. In the unlikely case of a fault please notify us within 30 days of receiving the goods so that we can assess the said fault. We have the right to request images and/or written descriptions of the said fault. If a return has been arranged by us it is the sellers responsibility for the cost of the return postage and we reserve the right to inspect the item/s by a member of our team. If at this point no fault can be found, the original item/s will be posted back to the customer. If the item is seen to be faulty by a member of our team we will offer an exchange or full refund to the amount of the goods. We do not refund postage costs for returned items.
1 Year Warranty
We offer a one year warranty with this product. This covers the product for one year only. This protects against any mechanical or electrical fault within one year. This does not cover accidental damage or misuse of this product. Misuse of this product includes water damage, dropping of the item or accidental impact of any kind, also using a third party power supply that did not come with the product. Please refer to our returns policy.
We do not return the following products of which the seal has been broken unless seen to be faulty;
- Hard Drives and all other Recorded Memory
- Subscription or Activation Codes or Software
- Consumables
- Static Sensitive Products such as PC Internals
- In Ear Headphones/Earphones (For hygiene reasons)
