Without customers special requisition, we will send the products via regular post by Australian Post.
*The postage and handling charge for addition item is $2.00 for Australian address Only.
*The maximum charge for postage and handling is $6.50 for Australian address Only.
*For an order over $100, the products will be sent via registered post without any surcharge.

Payment

We accept two payment methods
1) PayPal: payment is clear immediately once the payment is made.
2) Bank transfer (preferred payment method): transferring from Commonwealth Bank Australia, the transaction will be clear on the same day. Transferring from other bank, the transaction will be normally take 2 to 3 working days for Australian address only.

For transactions can be finalized promptly, we request customers to make the payment within 3 days. However if the customers do not contact us in 10 days, we will have to rise an unpaid case against the buyer.

Returns

As we stated in the commitment statement, we guarantee to provide high quality with competitive prices products to our customers. However if our customers are not satisfy with our products, we will provide prompt exchange or refund.
*For product exchange: product exchange will be accepted within 14 days when the product is sent. Customers are responsible for product return postage.
*For refund: if customer does not accept product exchange and prefer a refund, the requisition must be made within 14 days when the product is sent.
