    The Merlin Exile D3O Explorer Textile Motorcycle Jacket is made from 100% organic Halley Stevensons® ripstop cotton which makes it future proof and also a durable garment that will last in any weather conditions. It also uses a fluorocarbon-free water repellent treatment finish to ensure that the wearer can stay dry no matter what weather conditions they may be caught in. This jacket comes with Texland Humax waterproof membrane as well. It comes with a premium close-knit mesh and YKK zippers used throughout.

    This jacket comes with protection all through it. This includes D3O LP1 shoulder and elbow protectors pre-fitted and D3O Viper Stealth back protector pre-fitted. This jacket also comes with a pocket for a D3O chest protector.

    The Exile jacket has 2 lower zipped cargo pockets for an easy place to hold any items that may be needed through the day as well as a coin forearm pocket for those extra small items.

    This jacket comes with many features. It comes with a tank guard central zipper section and a fold back collar which would be ideal for those hot summer rides. This jacket can be made even more comfortable of specific riders thanks to the adjustable fit points through the arm and the hem. This jacket features a jacket-to-jean connecting zip which means this jacket can be connected to any other Merlin jeans.

    CE EN17092 Level A. The protection on offer is deemed suitable for urban riding, with Zone 1 (Shoulders, Elbows, Hips and Knees) requiring one second of abrasion resistance at 265.3rpm and half a second at 147.4rpm in Zone 2 (outer arms, torso, legs and feet).
