Due to the nature of this product, returns will not be accepted.

If you have an existing key with a matching code to your lock and the lock does not turn or is very tight, you do not need to buy another key.  Lubricating the lock with powered graphite often resolves the issue.  If the lock does not turn, try gently tapping the front of the lock with a rubber mallet, as this may release a stuck wafer in the lock.  If the door has a tight fit and the cam is getting bound, try pushing the door inwards to release the pressure when gently turning the key.  If you purchased a key and it does not turn or does not turn smoothly, the above steps may help you with the lock.  Many of the keys we offer are for locks that could be over 60 years old and possibly well-worn. If your lock is not within factory specifications, the key you receive, which is cut to new specs, will not work.
