 HOW TO TRADE:

 Here is a step-by-step guide on how to trade in Pokémon Scarlet / Violet:

Step 1: Press X

Step 2: Click "Poké Portal"

Step 3: Click L to connect to the internet 

Step 4: Select "Link Trade"

Step 5: Enter the Link Code sent. For example, if we select 1234 5678 as the code, you need to enter this code in order to trade with us. 

Step 6: Click "Begin Searching"

Step 7: Select any Pokémon to trade and in return you will receive the Pokémon you have purchased


FAQs:

  Do you accept refunds/returns?

No returns are accepted once traded over, unless the Pokémon sent are not as described! Feel free to contact us if there are any issues after the trade is complete!

  How do you know if the egg is shiny?

We hatch the egg to check if the Pokémon is shiny, then soft-reset the game if it is. These eggs are reserved for customers.
