The postage cost is for orders up to 500 grams (or 1.1 lb) in weight.Before completing a purchase please CONTACT US with either a screenshot of your cart or a list of what quantities and lengths of cables you are wanting to purchase. We will send you a revised cost for postage based on the weight of your order.
If you place an order that weighs more than 500 grams without contacting us first we will be in touch with details for an additional payment to cover the additional postage costs. If we don't hear from you we will cancel the order.

All our cables, multi-cores, stageboxes and splitters are custom made to order. For this reason we ask for your patience, especially in times of high demand. Most small orders are usually completed within a day or two but please allow up to 5 business days.
Please also note the following:
1) Allow up to 10 business days for larger items, such as 16 channel (or higher) multi-cores and stage boxes. This is worst case scenario as these are typically posted within 1 week.
2) Since all our products are custom made to order if you would like a variation to a product this is absolutely possible. Please get in contact for a quote.
3) Cable length is the amount of cable cut from the roll. Another way to explain this is that it is the length from solder point to solder point (around the middle of the connectors). Keep this in mind when purchasing small cables.
4) EXPRESS POST does not mean your order will be posted tomorrow. The same handling times as outlined above are to be expected. Your order will simply be posted via express post rather than regular post.
5) Express handling time is possible, for a fee. The fee for this varies depending on the size of the order. If you require something urgently please get in contact and we will see if it is possible to help you out.
