This tank top is lined sheer. It has adjustable shoulder straps and straps across the neck and upper back. 

It is Womens Plus size 1XL. I also have this listed in size 2XL and in Burgundy Red.

The measurements are 22" from one underarm seam to the other and the length measures 22 1/2".

For a great fit I recommend comparing my measurements to something similar that you have that fits you comfortably.
