Replacement rope and adhesive pack for stoves, furnaces and cookers around the door and/or glass seals.
Rope
Brand: ChimFit
Heat Rating: 1250 Degrees
Material: Fibreglass
Adhesive
Brand: Vitcas
Size: 30ml
Heat Rating: 1250 Degrees
Please note, this product features a soft-weave, is fibrous and may differ from the stated diameter when relaxed or pulled taught.
Shake bottle before opening. Your Rope Adhesive will be a thin consistency, and this is to be expected. Remove the door from the stove and place on a flat surface. Place the new rope into the groove in the door without stretching or bunching, apply the adhesive into the channel and then place the stove rope on top. Clamp the rope into place with tape or pegs (for example) for a full 24 hours to allow the adhesive to cure sufficiently before securing the door back onto the stove.
Shipping and Returns - Rope
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on stove rope as it is cut-to-order to your specifications. Please contact us with any enquiries prior to purchasing to ensure the correct product is ordered.
We aim to offer free delivery wherever possible; however, a small number of UK locations incur unavoidable additional charges due to courier hub coverage. If your order is affected, we will contact you on the next working day. These charges are separate from and not calculated by eBay’s postage calculator.
All stoves and larger orders are delivered palletised via a one-man, kerbside delivery service only. This means delivery is made to the roadside, and drivers may refuse access to certain locations depending on site conditions. Customers must ensure sufficient manpower is available to move the pallet from the kerbside to the desired location. This is the customer’s responsibility. Failed deliveries or requests for redelivery may result in additional charges.
