This thru hull elbow is constructed out of black marine grade plastic with a stainless steel flange. It measures approximately 4 1/2" L x 4 1/8" H x 2 1/2" W overall and requires an approximate 1 1/2" Dia. cutout. Has an approximate 1 1/4" max hull thickness and (1) 1 1/2" Dia. barbed connection.
