If item is Selling as an open box it means it is fully functional, but may have small blemishes from unboxing and repackaging. Also, noted all the box contents are pictured if something is missing from the pictures it is missing from the sale and I am unaware of it. Item may not be in original packaging sometimes instructions are missing but can be found on the internet. Some items are returns. Some have been opened and some are new. If I make a mistake in listing the item New or Open Box it is sometimes very hard or impossible to tell the difference. This is not an acceptable reason for filing a claim.
All sales are final. I am just a reseller and did not manufacture any of the products I’m selling. So, I’m not responsible for manufacturing defects. Again, all sales are final. This is because I can’t afford to eat shipping costs anymore. Also, I can’t guarantee fitment.
Pictures are just part of the description, the other part is reading the actual description and asking questions if you are unsure. Usually the only information I have is the packaging and part number. Most times my prices are the lowest or close to it so that is why I don’t do returns. Thanks in advance for your business.

You will receive the actual item in the pictures and the original packaging if it’s not too damaged. I usually add stock photos as well and you can tell the difference easily. If you file a claim through EBay, I charge 30% and you pay shipping both ways. So, it’s best to contact me first if there is a Real issue, not because you made a mistake, changed your mind or ordered by accident.
