Box is open to take pictures.

Three captives screws (small ones) are included, BUT three mounting screws (long ones) are NOT included.

If not working, it can be returned within 30 days after delivery and 100% (S&H included) will be refunded.

If you don't like it, you can also return it with your own cost. Refund will be made after 10% restocking charge.

Payment must be received within 5 days.

Winning bidder should pay for flat domestic shipping and handling charge, $27.99 (except HI, AK, PR, and international). 

Pack & ship within 3 days after payment is cleared via FedEx (or UPS ground) unless you are asking different shipping methods with different S&H charge.
