This panel is constructed out of black colored marine grade plastic with a white colored outline, and has a matte finish. It measures approximately 16 1/2" W x 9 3/4" H across the top and tapers to 15 1/8" W x 9 3/4" H across bottom overall. There (10) approximately 1/8" diameter mounting holes around perimeter of panel.
