BSA Allegheny Highlands Council, council shoulder patch SA-134, 2014 ghosted in grass, silver mylar border.

This issue was for the 3rd Trad-O-Ree in council. There are 4 different border colors & 100 of this color where made.

The CSI book has this issue at ($100-$110). The ERROR was miss spelling of council name "Alleghany".

This is an official issue shoulder patch for the council.
