Excellent condition, no pin holes, minor surface creases, single sided with ISBN 0 7475 5926 0 in the bottom right corner, this is known as the "Book Store" quad and is thought to be for the book release and not the film release, please zoom in to photos for detail of the condition

Has been stored flat and will be posted rolled in a strong cardboard tube.
