All shipping and handling charges are stated in Shipping and Payment tab above. Please verify the charges for each items cost before contacting us. All handling charges (including packaging) are included in the shipping charges. International customer are responsible for applicable duties and taxes. Please leave a note during checkout if you require any attention to the package.

All order will be shipped to the address on file. No exceptions. If you made a mistake on address, please contact us as soon as possible. We require phone numbers for all international shipment for custom reasons. We do not share any of your information.

We do not carry nor deal with counterfeits and used items for obvious hygiene reasons. We care what your skin needs and we are proud to supply you with great products with excellent customer service. Any change in condition of the item we sell will be listed separately in description section.

All returns must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of item(s). Once approved, the item(s) must be shipped within 7 days of approval or your return might be invalid.

We provide return shipping label for any orders with errors or defects. However, if your item(s) is not within the boundary of manufacture defect nor shipping errors when received, we reserve the right to charge return shipping cost to you. We are very serious against false claims. Any attempts with intend to manipulate our system will result in appropriate repercussions.
