Battery Hold-down Assembly.  

Fits NON-TURBO Saab 900 1979 to 1993 and 1994 Convertible.

Latches and wingnuts are included. Latch screws are quite rusty but the nuts turn smoothly.

The top edge has corrosion but should not affect its ability to shield and hold the battery.
