This cup holder is constructed out of off white marine grade plastic. It measures approximately 4 1/8" L x 3 7/8" W x 7/8" H (when closed) and 4 1/8" W x 3 3/4" H (when open) overall. Mounts with (6) 1/4" Dia. mounting holes set apart 1 1/4" center to center. The cup holder measures approximately 2 5/8" Dia. when closed and 3 3/8" Dia. when fully opened.
