The Stanley FatMax PVC and Plastic Cutting Saw is a specialist hand saw designed for clean, precise cuts in PVC pipe and plastic materials. Purpose-built for plumbers, plasterers, and contractors working with plastic drainage, waste pipes, and conduit, this saw delivers professional results with minimal finishing required.

The bi-material handle provides improved grip and comfort during extended cutting tasks, whilst being securely attached to the blade through both screwing and ultrasonic welding for long-term durability. The un-set teeth are specifically configured to create fewer burrs when cutting plastic materials, reducing the need for deburring and finishing work after each cut.

Induction hardened teeth ensure long-lasting cutting performance even with regular professional use. The 1mm thick blade delivers increased accuracy, allowing for clean, straight cuts with minimal flex or wander. With 11 teeth per inch, the saw provides an ideal balance between cutting speed and finish quality for plastic materials.

Pull saw teeth at the blade tip make it easier to start cuts with greater control, particularly useful when working in confined spaces or when positioning accuracy is critical. The integrated 30 and 90 marking feature at the end of the blade assists with angle verification and quick marking tasks on site.
