The Festool FS800 Guide Rail is an 800mm precision guide rail designed to deliver perfectly straight, splinter-free cuts when used with compatible Festool power tools.

Invented by Festool in 1964, the guide rail system has been refined over decades into the benchmark for precision cutting guidance. The slideway lining ensures smooth, consistent machine travel along the rail, while the integrated splinter guard sits directly on the scribe line to prevent edge breakout — even on angled cuts. A grippy backing layer holds the rail securely in position on smooth surfaces without marking the workpiece.

The additional accessory groove expands the rail's versatility, allowing use with screw clamps, lever clamps, and router guide stops for precision groove work. Zero-play guidance jaws on compatible circular saws can be adjusted to fit the rail without tools, keeping setup time to a minimum on site.

30 Day Returns for peace of mind in making sure you are happy with your product if it is kept unused. All products are covered by at least a 1 year manufacturers warranty (consumables and wearables excluded) with many products having even longer warranties. Many manufacturers offer extended warranties on Power Products and this can be registered direct, please check all accompanying documentation when you have purchased.
