In order to pass authentication, the buyer assumes all responsibility in the event there are factory flaws, defects, or imperfections when it comes to the shoes. The buyer also assumes all responsibility in the event there is damage to the shoe box, or box lid.

Every pair we sell is brand new inside the original box and never worn. However, as mentioned above we (the seller) are not responsible for any Nike imperfections or damage to the shoe box whatsoever.
