Shipping

All our products are dispatched via DPD Next Day delivery service. 

We will dispatch same day on orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, (excluding bank holidays).

Our listed postage is to the UK mainland only, excluding the Scottish Highlands.
We are happy to ship internationally, please contact us with your full address for a shipping quote.

Returns

We make sure our customers always come first. If anything you purchased is incorrect or not up to your expectations, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to refuse any non-faulty goods returned outside of the 14 day period without prior notification.
Items for return will only be accepted provided that:

• The item is unused

• The item has not been fitted

• The item is in original packaging

• The item is returned within 14 days

Some items from FirstlinkAuto will be delivered requiring a signature upon receipt. Please check all items for damage before signing for the product as the courier will accept no liability for damage once signed for. If you inform us of damages or shortfalls after signing for a consignment it makes it extremely difficult to make a claim from the couriers and some couriers will not accept liability. Claims for damages and shortfalls will be processed within 48 hours.

We have been manufacturing and supplying private and commercial vehicle brake discs for major brands since 1990. At Firstlink, we are committed to improving brake performance, reducing vehicle brake maintenance costs and improving road safety. Our R&D team uses the latest CAD technology for product design. We collaborate with academic institutions such as Sheffield Universities to carry out material research, improving production techniques and advancing our brake technologies.
