We are reliant on the Royal Mail for domestic postage, and most of our items are sent by 2nd Class post unless a different service is paid for.

The standard delivery timescale for this service is between 2-5 business days.

We work hard to ensure that your order is despatched in the first available postal collection. Currently the collection times are 9am and 4:15pm Monday-Friday, and 7am Saturday.

eBay quote estimated delivery timescales based on an algorithm and not the standard delivery timescale specified by the courier. These are often not realistic. Please ignore the delivery estimate.

If for any reason your order has not been received 5 business days after despatch then please contact us using the messaging service and we will investigate and respond within 1 business day. We would be grateful if you did not open an "Item not received" case as this causes further work and delay.

During periods of industrial action these delivery timescales will undoubtedly be extended, so please take this into account.
