Diagnostic Troubleshooting Guide

Symptom:   Walking belt doesn't move

Turn off the power switch and remove the motor hood. Locate the red LED on the controller. It's located between the A- motor connector and the edge of the board. While observing the LED turn on the power. There should be a split second flash followed by a solidly lit LED and a beep should come from the console. If that fails to happen the controller needs to be replaced. If ok next

Next press start;  you should hear a beep and the timer should start counting. If no response the keypad may have failed. Each keypad should respond with a beep. If the motor starts for a split second then stops the controller has failed. Do not try this again as it could damage the motor.

If the LED flashes pauses then flashes check the motor. Test it with a digital ohm meter or battery. Remove the RED and BLACK wires from the controller. A reading of 1.5-2 ohms is normal or connect a DC voltage to it from a rechargeable power tool battery or something similar. Anything between 6-20 volts will do. Be sure it is fully charged. The motor should run. If that's ok replace the controller

The most common cause for failure is heat caused by a poorly lubricated walking belt.

Add our easy to use lube application kit for only $18.95 plus shipping regularly $22.95 plus shipping with controller purchase. Includes 3 lubes, application wand and storage case. No need to loosen the walking belt to lube it.
