Franz Joseph Habsburg(1830-1916) was the last significant emperor of the Habsburg Monarchy. This small bowl has a wonderful sculptured design. Lovely hand painted light blue and dark blue tones with gold trim. Vivid colors. The center has a transfer portrait of a distinguished gentleman surrounded by a wear gold design pattern.
