I just placed an order, when will it ship?
- All listed items are in stock and will be shipped within 24 hours of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. We only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or UK bank holidays.
What shipping methods you use and how long will it take for UK delivery?
- We use Royal mail 2nd class or equivalent for all free standard UK shipping. It should take 4-5 business days for all free standard deliveries in UK.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
- Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to any PO Box addresses.
Duty or Import Fees
- We are UK based seller and all items are shipped from UK so for UK addresses there are no additional taxes to be paid. International customers need to check their countries custom and tax duties as you may be liable to pay local sales taxes and customs duties on arrival of our order. Where this is the case, it will be buyer's responsibility to pay these costs to release order from customs before it is delivered to you.
How do I cancel my order?

I've received the wrong item, what can I do?
- If you've received the wrong item in your order please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
My Item arrived damaged.
- We all hate faulty/damaged items. We do check all the items before it's shipped but despite this, a product can arrive damaged due to mail services or due to our oversight. If this is the case, please contact us with the details and we will be happy to assist.
Returning an unwanted item?
- We get it, sometimes something just doesn't work and you would like to return the item. As long as an item is still in its original condition (with tags), we accept returns. Please refer to eBay help page to raise a return request. If any help is needed to raise the request, please contact us. You have 30 days to request a return, we'll give you a full refund by way of the original payment method once the return has been received.
Have you received my return?
- You can track your return via your eBay return request. Once the return has been delivered to us, it will update the status to 'delivered'.
How long will it take for my refund?
- We will process refund within 24 hours of receiving the item. You'll receive an email to let you know once this is done and the refund is issued. However please note that it might take 3-4 business working days for the refund to appear on your Bank/Card statement.
Your prices are cheap, are these good quality?
- We buy directly from factories in bulk which means that we are able to negotiate the best prices for our products and pass on these savings to our customers.
