About the Structure of SATC Flap Disc: 72pcs small 24x18mm cloth backing aluminum oxide sanding discs are bonded tightly on the plate. The plate is constructed from 8 layers of fiberglass mesh and one layer of non-woven cloth. Metal rings are embedd on 2 sides. This stable structure confirms a 30% longer life span than conventional flap discs
 
Aluminum Oxide Abrasive, Closed Coat: Aluminum oxide mineral features sharp. Closed coat resists loading. The 72pcs closed coated aluminum oxide large, thick discs overlaps which confirms to curved irregulars surfaces, resulting in a consistent finish
 
Strong X-wt Polyester Cotton Backing: Offering flexibility and stability for the thicker cloth configuration.
