You can see the outline of those present on the jersey.  This was common for the Kansas City organization of that era as they frequently recycled and sent to the minor leagues for use.  These numbers and nameplate can easily be restored. 

The Royals team logo patch is present on the left sleeve.  Rawlings manufacturer tag size 44  is present on the inside tail along with "87 1" referencing the year and set 1 of the uniform.  Also 2" extra length tag is also present.
