Vinyl Record Original SD 8236 Pressing.  Inside Gatefold is beautiful with no major blemishes.  Cover has ball point pen inscription on top left which is on dark part of cover.  Same inscription on actual record label.  

Album sounds great.  Tested with no skips and very few crackle/pops.
