Foam

Fire resistant high-density foam core is inside the seat cushion cover. The core of the seat cushion is wrapped into polyester wadding (dacron) and stockinette, and so the cushion does not go flat over time even with heavy use

Attaching cushions to the chairs

Inspirado cushions have 4 straps with press-studs to attach to matching base studs at the bottom of the chair seats.

Stud Sizes:

Please check the photos to be sure how press studs and base studs look like. If your chairs have different base studs (we found that some older Ercol chairs - 50 years old or older - may have different studs), we recommend replacing them with the standard base studs. This requires 2 minutes DIY job per chair - it is that simple. We sell standard base studs in our listing at this link: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/143631659660
