* Upon further inspection. I dub this card, "Near Mint." I already said it was in my previous  posting, but now that I have my graders kit and with my Magnifying Glass LED Lamp, my Centering Tool, along with my Magnifed Dome, I can't miss anything. The card has no scratches on the front and back end of the card, the picture is crisp clean, card lays flat. No curvature. I love the art work on this one, Squirtle looks happy, and the clouds behind him look realistically fluffy. No Silver lining peeking through the Yellow Boarderline, no scuffs on the back. Card is Clean.

*Note for Buyer. All cards are going to be coming in Resealable Bags, so you can open it, to see the cards condition for yourselves, but if you do want to and try to open them, be careful, the Bag can tear, if you open it too much and or roughly. *
