Tibetan Black Quartz - Stone of Grounding Spiritual Light
Tibetan Black Quartz is the name given to quartz crystals found only from the Himalaya Mountains of Tibet which are amoung the most sacred areas on Earth. It has an high spiritual attunement and appears to resonate with the Heart, 3rd eye, and crown chakras. Perhaps, Tibetan Black Quartz is one of the most protective stones ever discovered. In contrast to the high-luster and glossy surfaces characteristic of Herkimer Diamonds, Tibetan Quartz has a softer non-glossy surface more often. The color of Tibetan Black Quartz range from clear to black with various dark inclusions and can often have a somewhat globular and spherical groupings of many inclusions. Often, Tibetan Black Quartz are double terminated. The vibrations of Tibetan Quartz make the stone a great assistant for meditation, or to place in environments to gently bring in purity. Both an excellent healing tool and cleansing tool. When the stone is under the pillow, it is said to eliminate scary or negative dreams. Tibetan Black Quartz is also great to protect against EMF from computers and cell phones and protection from lower astral energies by creating a "bubble of light" when interacting with the subtle bodies, or human auric field.
