Filmmaker RJ Collins makes his directorial debut in a film based on the true story of Erik Vasquez (Philippe A. Haddad), a gangster originally from Dallas, Texas, who later became the first known American-born drug lord in Mexico, where he became a crucial member of the Feliz Cartel. While running things underground, though, he inadvertently clashes with other drug cartels, sacrificing even his allies in the process. Danny Trejo, Maurice Compte, and Maya Stojan co-star.
