Lot consists of an original 1937 Mass. driver's license for her (showing that she was born in 1877), a signed letter dated 1931 to her from THE SWEET HEART TEA ROOM, (a famous local restaurant spot) to her on their stationary with a picture of it, a 1904 stamped letter, some 1947 bank checks from THE SHELBURNE FALLS NATIONAL BANK, and various misc. other paper items. Scans show the major items. 21 items in the lot, and not all are pictured.
These are fascinating pieces of history for someone interested in the early days of Shelburne Falls history or other things such as the driver's license. Fascinating items from an early resident. Would make an excellent addition to any library or collection of Shelburne Falls, Mass. items, and WOULD MAKE A GREAT GIFT.
