The machines we are currently listing aren't your average Ford Gum Machines.  In addition to being in great condition, this one also has the following features:

Globe:  Check out the final picture that was posted for size comparison.  This machine has one of the rare mini globes that were older and smaller than the common machines on Ebay.  The glass globe is in great condition and doesn't have any cracks, major scratches, or blemishes.  

Lock AND Key:  This machine comes with a working lock and F50 key.  Most machines don't come with the key but you will get one with this machine!  

Decal:  This machine has the older "Branded" advertisement with the arrow pointing to the Ford name.  In later years, they switched to the "Ford Franchised Quality Vending Products" This decal predates stickers and is actually printed directly on the globe.  This one is, amazingly, in perfect condition.

Ford Nameplate:  This is one of the earliest machines that has the Old English script.  In later years they changed to a modern font.

Ad-Frame:  This machine has the spring-loaded advertisement display frame.  The springs are strong and the frame springs back and forth exactly as it should.  These frames is where they displayed the name of the charity or civic club such as Kiwanis, Lions Club, etc.  You can recreate your own on the computer or make up your own art/design for a personalized touch if you are presenting this as a gift or display piece.  Many of the machines are now missing these because over the years they broke off or were stolen.
