EVAP System Test: it can test the leakage of fuel evaporation in the EVAP system.

Tightness Test: it can test the tightness and leakage of the tested pipeline under system pressure.

Intake System Test: it can test the air tightness and damage degree of the pipes in the intake system.

Exhaust System Test: it can test the air tightness and damage degree of the pipes in the exhaust system.

NOTE: Not suitable for air conditioning system piping.

MR CARTOOL T100 automotive smoke leak detector is a specialty tool used with vehicle diagnostic devices to check the tightness of the vehicle pipeline system and find leaks, helping the auto repair technician to quickly and accurately determine whether the fault is caused by the pipeline leaks.

T100 is an excellent tool to find automotive intake, exhaust and intake leaks.If you have EVAP leak, or a hidden exhaust leak, this tool will save your day!

Working Principle

The smoke machine heats the special oil (mineral oil or baby oil) into smoke and blows the smoke into the sealed pipe system. The place where the smoke leaks on the pipe is the leak point.

In addition to intake system testing, this unit can also be used to check for EVAP system leaks, but you should EVAP adapter tools (Not Included)

Note:

Not fit for air conditioning system piping.

The EVAP adapter is not included.

How To Use

1. Unscrew the oil filler cap and add test oil.

2. Connect the car battery, turn on the air pump and smoke generator.

3. Connect the smoke hose to the pipeline to be tested through the adapter.

4. The leak can be judged according to where the smoke appears.
