This special Dept 56 club member 1994 release belongs to a collector who owns hundreds of buildings & accessories in 6 different village collections and must downsize.  The vast majority of all the hundreds of pieces I will be listing are brand new, have never been displayed, or only displayed a couple of times.  Many are duplicate purchases, and many have unique features. 

This delivery van is brand new and has never been displayed, and is in excellent collectible condition! In fact, I had to break open the taped box to inspect it for the first time.  The only consideration is the box .... somehow it doesn't accurately mention that this the Lemon Tree special release. You'll see this van in many different variations which feature a particular retailer or holiday theme (like Halloween).  

It's hard to fool a serious Department 56 collector, and all you have to do is inspect the bottom of any piece to know if it's truly new. Inspect away my friend! Comes from a smoke free/pet free environment.
