Full Conditions of Sale

• Photos form part of description. If you are unsure, please ask before bidding – all sales are final.
• I do not offer a refund unless I have wrongly described an item. If refund is necessary, it will be made by PayPal for items paid for by PayPal, and by direct deposit for items paid for by direct deposit.
• Payment is required within 7 days of cost advice. I only ship item once full payment has been received.
• If there is a problem with payment, please contact me asap. If a winning item is not paid for and I am not contacted by the winning bidder to discuss I will file an unpaid claim to Ebay.
• I take great care to package your item/s safely. If you are concerned about your item getting damaged or lost by Australia Post, please request Registered Mail. I take no responsibility for how Australia Post treats your item after it has left my hands.

• If you have any problems or questions, please contact me before leaving negative or neutral feedback. I will do my best to answer your questions and look for solutions. I am easy to talk to!  I leave feedback as soon as buyer is satisfied and has left feedback first (as many buyers do not bother to leave feedback if I do it immediately).

Payment & Shipping - Australia

• Combined postage is fine – please let me know if you are purchasing multiple items and wait until I advise final cost before making payment to avoid overpayment. Once you complete checkout on an item, I cannot go back and combine it with anything else as eBay considers it a closed deal.
• All items will be posted within 3 business days after receiving payment. If you need the item urgently let me know and I will do my best!
• If your address is incorrect or has not been updated in eBay or PayPal, you will be liable for costs to redirect the item.
• Remember that postage is not just the cost of the stamp – it includes postage, packing materials, and time to process and safely pack and send your order. Ebay charges us 7.5% or more in some cases more on sales and postage.
   PayPal charges up to 4.5% commission on sales and on all postage.

This increases all shipping cost by up to 12%. I don't make a profit on post, only cover costs. I use recycled packaging where appropriate.

• Delivery takes up to 10 business days depending on location. Registered mail is required if you wish to be able to track your parcel.
• If an item arrives damaged, Australia Post terms and conditions require that YOU take the item to your local post office and have them lodge a damage claim for you so that you may obtain compensation for the item.

Payment & Shipping - International

• (Note to US buyers - I am happy to post to US, but please be aware American customs will add a security charge to all items over 500g when calculating postage)
• Payment by PayPal only please.
• International Buyers must email me for postage amounts BEFORE bidding as the postage can be quite high to different countries. Combined postage is fine– please let me know if you are purchasing multiple items and wait until I advise final cost before making payment to avoid overpayment.
