This Rock-ola cable assembly came from a 404 Capri that I parted out in June of 2021. 
The female end connects to the Write-In Unit Assembly in models that use this type of connector (they used two types that I have seen). 
The male end goes to the power supply. 

Each connector has 12 contacts and the cable measures about 58 inches in length.
(147 cm).

It is in good condition and ready to use.
