Return Insured Shipping is at your expense.  Defective items will be replaced and your shipping cost credited to your PayPal account.  If an insured item is damaged in shipment, we will file a claim for you with the shipper upon your notice to us.  If the return is because the item is no-longer needed or you ordered the wrong item, a 15% restocking charge may apply.
