I think at one time this item was used as a detail added to a piece of religious furniture.(?)

It's very heavy for its size and there is "162" markings on the back  Someone told me that

it is the "Heart of Thrones" or "The Crown of Hearts"  It weighs just under a point and has 

one nail hole.

It would look great on a pillow or added to a  piece of furniture.  I always find a spot fo these unusual pieces.
