     Button waist. Ribbon is not original.

    Waist : 21 1/2" but there is plenty of fabric, just open up the band.

    Length  : 17" from top of shoulders, 15" in the back.

    Across back between shoulders : 9"   

    Condition : Great 

                A few tiny tiny holes on backside.
