We will accept any new, returned item, purchased from our stock, provided it is in resalable condition within 30 days from the date of sale. New returns must be in their original box with all original packaging enclosed. The Purchaser must pay for any postage costs back to Nunawading Toyota. All products sold by Nunawading Toyota are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty repair/replacement policies only. Any mistakes made by Nunawading Toyota will be resolved at no cost to the buyer and postage fees will be covered.

Regardless if the mistake was made by Nunawading Toyota or not, the purchaser is required to assist Nunawading Toyota in taking the item to their local post office in order to begin the return process. Failing to comply will be considered as an agreement in keeping the purchased part/accessory. Assistance in taking the part to local post office will not apply to parts that weighs over 20kg or the length over 110cm, please contact us for other options.

Please note: Below are parts that we will not accept returns for, unless damaged or faulty:

Mechanical: Gearboxes, transfer cases and Motor engines

Electric parts: Ignition coils, Starter motors, window regulators/actuators.

Liquids: Coolants, transmission oil, hand cleaners.

Large accessories: such as bull bars and towbars.

Once your purchase has been dispatched, we are unable to add to it, cancel or modify your order. If it's been less than an hour since your purchase, and we have not sent the item yet, you can cancel your order yourself on eBay. Otherwise, you will have to contact our Customer Service Team by phone for direct cancellation.

Please note: Once the order processes and has entered the warehouse for picking and despatch, we will do our best to cancel if notified by phone within 1 hour, after this time or if communicating by message we will do our best but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Genuine Toyota replacement Parts & Accessories (excluding Toyota Approved Lifestyle products) are sold with the Toyota Parts and Accessories Warranty:

• For 12v batteries, a 12-month warranty period applies from the date of the original retail sale;
• For all other Parts & Accessories, a 24-month warranty period applies from the date of the original retail sale of that part/accessory or until that part/accessory has been in use

Toyota Approved Lifestyle products are not manufactured or warranted by Toyota. Any warranty is provided by the third-party manufacturer of the Supplier Branded Accessory.

Toyota Genuine Parts/Accessories purchased at & fitted to a Toyota vehicle by a Toyota dealer are warranted for the remainder of that vehicle’s Toyota Warranty Advantage period, or 2yrs from installation (whichever is greater). Genuine Parts/Accessories purchased from, but not fitted by, a Toyota dealer are warranted for 2 years from the date of purchase Proof of Purchase must be provided for all Toyota Parts Warranty claims.

There are 2 aspects to a Toyota Australia parts warranty claim:

1. Return the part to Nunawading Toyota and we submit a parts only warranty claim, when/if Toyota approve the parts warranty, the customer gets a replacement part or refunded the part costs (does not cover the removal/refit labour costs).

OR

2. Take vehicle to nearest Toyota dealer anywhere in Australia and the Toyota dealer carries out the part warranty process. Additional labour charges for removal and refit may apply.
